Faulty and Damaged Goods

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products for any damage upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours by sending an email with a photo of the damaged item. If the item is deemed faulty, we will aim to send a replacement. All products are thoroughly checked before being carefully packaged and dispatched. Please note, Little Alpha Toys and More cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been used or played with. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.


Returns and Refunds

Before returning any items, please contact us for instructions via littlealphatoys@gmail.com

If you wish to return an item that is neither damaged nor used, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in their original packaging and in brand new, unused condition, meaning they are suitable for resale. To avoid damage during transit, please ensure that returned items are securely packaged. We cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged due to inadequate packing.

If an item shows signs of use or cannot be resold, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the value of the item, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to process, depending on your card provider.

Once your return is processed, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please return items via Royal Mail with a tracking service. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
