Shipping policy
Postage and Packaging
We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Should an item be unavailable, we will reach out with an update on your delivery. Please note, custom orders may take longer to process.
Free Postage & Packaging
We offer free postage on orders over £60. For orders under £60, a standard delivery charge of £4.99 applies (unless otherwise specified in the product description). Heavier items may incur additional postage costs, which will be indicated on the product listing. Free postage does not apply to these items.
Delivery Areas
We currently only deliver to Mainland UK. Orders are dispatched via Evri and Royal Mail or DPD service. Please be aware that our parcels will not fit through a standard letterbox and may require a signature upon delivery.
Uncollected parcels:
Any undelivered/collected parcels returned to us will incur a charge for postage and packaging. A refund (minus postage and packaging costs) will be issued to the customer.
Faulty and damaged goods:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their products for damage and report to us within 48 hours of delivery by sending us an email with a photograph of the damaged item. Where possible a replacement item will be sent. Products are checked thoroughly before being carefully wrapped and dispatched. Little Alpha Toys and More cannot be held responsible for breakages that occur as a result of a product being played with. Please contact us for more information
Returns and refunds
Please contact us before returning a package.
If you want to return an item that is not damaged or used please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition (i.e. suitable to be resold). Please make sure items returned to us are adequately packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We are unable to issue a refund if the items are damaged in transit because they have not been well packed.
If we feel the item show signs of use and cannot be sold by us this will be reflected in the refund we make to you. We reserve the right to refuse return if an item is not in its original condition. All refunds are issued to your original payment method to the value of the item, minus our postage and packaging charge. We will let you know when the refund has been made, this can take up to 10 working days depending on your card provider.
We will contact you with information about how to return an item to us. Items must be sent via Royal Mail with tracking service. You will be responsible for all postage charges for returning items.
